The Leadership badge provides an opportunity to explore and enhance personal leadership styles and skills while developing the ability to adapt and thrive in team environments.
Learning Outcomes:
Gain a deeper understanding of their leadership style, strengths, and areas for improvement, leading to personal and professional growth.
Demonstrate the ability to work effectively as part of a team, fostering collaboration, shared responsibility, and mutual support.
Be equipped to take on leadership roles within organizations and communities, demonstrating the ability to inspire, motivate, and guide others towards achieving common goals.
Assignment and Assessment:
Students must participate and/or pursue joining an Ivy College of Business student organization from the recommended list provided and approved by the Ivy College of Business Undergraduate Career Services office.
Complete the CliftonStrengths Assessment and attendance of a Ivy facilitated CliftonStrengths Workshop
Submit a 1-pg comprehensive reflection for each activity to be evaluated by business career services professional and earning a passing score.
Duration and Modality:
The learner completes 5 online modules, each consisting of 2-3 activities. This is can be completed within 1 academic year with the option to roll over to the following academic year if not completed during specified timeline.

The Gerdin Leaders Academy (GLA) is a program aimed at increasing the involvement of early program, transfer and/or international students in the Ivy College of Business led and managed through the Ivy College of Business Career Services office.
