Required
To earn the CIME Facilitator badge, participants must:
Attend a 4-hour in-person facilitator training
Participate in a mini-simulation as a learner
Demonstrate understanding of CIME structure, flow, and guiding principles
Learn and apply Strategic Doing techniques for agile problem-solving
Practice facilitation techniques and guide a simulated CIME session
Receive feedback and demonstrate readiness to independently facilitate
Assessment:
